If you asked 10 first graders where the food in their lunchbox came from, what would they say? It’s our mission to make sure they know that it doesn’t just come from the store, and that it takes math, science, and much more for that strawberry to end up on their plate!

SPRING

Spring means strawberries around here! Students enjoy learning all about the life cycle of a strawberry plant, reading a book that’s all about growing strawberries, learning & craft stations then taking the hayride wagon out to pick their very own container of berries to take home and share with their family!

FALL

Fall at the Clay Sheds is the perfect time for field trips! The kids get to enjoy all the fall pumpkin patch activities as well as some special field trip only stations to mix some learning in with the play!
